Sac Central Events

3-on-3 Adult Basketball Tournament

WHEN: Saturday, April 1st
WHERE: Sacramento Central YMCA
WHO: Open Division (all ages), 40+ (adults over the age of 40)
COST: $100 per team (entire fee must be paid at once)
REGISTRATION: Registration is open until full. There is a 10 team max in each division. Registration can be completed at the Sacramento Central YMCA.

Every team will be guaranteed three games (3-game guarantee bracket play). Games are 10 minutes or first to 21 points (by 1’s and 2’s). Winners will receive a t-shirt, certificate, and will have their picture taken.

Healthy Kids Day

On Saturday, April 29th, the Sacramento Central YMCA is holding a FREE community event to inspire kids to keep their minds and bodies active during the summer. Healthy Kids Day® - a national YMCA initiative - will feature camp games, activities, arts and crafts, dance and fitness demonstrations, free lunches, face painting, giveaways, a SUMMER JOB FAIR and so much more!

Summer Job Fair at Healthy Kids Day

Looking for a great summer job? The YMCA of Superior California is seeking energetic cause-driven leaders who enjoy working with people and children. We will be hiring for a variety of positions, including summer camp staff, Bear Valley resident camp and child care staff, swim instructors and lifeguards and more!

ELIGIBLE AGES: 16 years old for day camp staff and 18 for all the other positions
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should bring a resume, college transcripts (if applying for a child care position), proof of lifeguard certification (if applicable; certification is also offered through the Y), and be prepared to interview on the spot.
