YMCAs have led health and fitness programs for people of all ages, incomes and abilities for more than a century. We also focus on overall wellness, empowering you to tailor your own plan toward healthier living by choosing how you will accomplish your health and fitness goals. The whole approach means you have many options and lots of support as you choose your path to a healthier new you!

Group Fitness

Group fitness at the Y is about having fun, making friends, and getting an energetic and dynamic workout in a positive community. Our programming is designed to offer a variety of classes accommodating every fitness level with supportive instructors by your side. We offer over 60 group fitness classes each week that range in style and intensity including Strength Train Together, Cycling, Circuit, Strength & Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Silver Sneakers® Classic, Zumba®, Yoga, Step & Tone, Tai Chi, Tabata GX™, and more!

Strength Train Together

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated training. Dynamic music and motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best!

New SMALL Group Training Program Sessions

Small Group Training for 2-6 participants
Meet once a week for 6 weeks. $90 per participant. Both members and non-members are welcome!

Work out in a small group of 2-6 participants to Trainer ratio. Get more individualized attention in this semi-private setting with executing proper form and alignment while accessing your ability to progress through exercise options over the course of this 6-week program session. Get results while building camaraderie with your fellow trainees with the guidance and support of your Trainer.

- July 12th through August 16th: Thursdays at 4:30pm w/ Dwayne

Registration is required and space is limited. You can register online or at the Front Desk by the start date to reserve your spot.

Alternatively, if you have a small group (2-6 participants) of your own and you'd like to schedule a Small Group Training Program Session exclusively for your group, please contact us to get started!

Equipment and Amenities

We have a variety of cardio and strength training machines throughout our Fitness Center. Our cardio equipment is equipped with an individual flat screen television and mp3 hook-up, giving you the freedom to work out while enjoying your favorite show or music. Our Free Weight and Core Center also houses a variety of equipment including TRX, stability balls, free weights, cables, and foam rollers for efficient and effective conditioning.

Certified Personal Training/Health & Wellness Coaching

Personal Training will help you improve your health and commit to fitness as a lifestyle!

Sessions must be paid in full before first session. Consultation is included. Available after completion of Starter Kit.

In addition, Health and Wellness Coaches provide a complimentary Y Fit session to get you started. This session is free for members and can be scheduled at the Front Desk.

  • A 45 minute session utilizing the cardio, weight, and core centers
  • Create a balanced 6 week program for you so you start working out independently with confidence
  • Learn how to use a variety of equipment including free weights and body weight exercises
  • YMCA Coach will calculate your target heart rate and teach you how to monitor it
  • Sets a foundation that will prepare you for personal training sessions
