Group fitness at the Y is about having fun, making friends and getting an energetic and dynamic workout in a positive community. Our programming is designed to offer a variety of classes accommodating every fitness level with supportive instructors by your side. We offer over 60 group fitness classes each week that range in style and intensity including Strength Train Together, Cycling, Cardio, Body Weight, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, Aging Well, Fall Prevention, and So Much More...

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER combines traditional strength exercises and the hottest functional training moves, utilizing a barbell, weight plates, and your body weight to make you fitter and stronger. Plus, dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best. Strength Train Together will help you learn to move your body effectively and efficiently both with and without training tools to improve everyday movement as well as training capacity.

GET STRONGER TOGETHER with New Group Training Options Available
Personal Training will help you improve your health and commit to fitness as a lifestyle!
Sessions must be paid in full before first session. Consultation is included. Available after completion of Starter Kit.
Small Group Training for 2-4 people
Meet once a week for 8 weeks. 4 people max / $96 per person.
Join a current groups or schedule your own group at the front desk.
Registration is required and space is limited. Please register at the Front Desk by the start date to reserve your spot.
Equipment and Amenities
We have a variety of cardio and strength training machines throughout our Fitness Center. Our cardio equipment is equipped with an individual flat screen television and mp3 hook-up, giving you the freedom to work out while enjoying your favorite show or music. Our Free Weight and Core Center also houses a variety of equipment including TRX, stability balls, free weights, cables, and foam rollers for efficient and effective conditioning.
Health and Wellness Coaching / Certified Personal Training
In addition, Health and Wellness Coaches provide a complimentary Y Fit session to get you started. This session is free for members and can be scheduled at the front desk.

- A 45 minute session utilizing the cardio, weight, and core centers
- Create a balanced 6 week program for you so you start working out independently with confidence
- Learn how to use a variety of equipment including free weights and body weight exercises
- YMCA Coach will calculate your target heart rate and teach you how to monitor it
- Sets a foundation that will prepare you for personal training sessions
