Group Wellness Classes
Tai Chi is strength training through flowing and sustained postures. Tai Chi develops physical strength and body awareness with breathing and concentration techniques to calm the body and focus the mind.
Mondays & Wednesdays - 7:45am
Pilates is a series of mat exercises to help balance the body, improve motion, strengthen, and promote mental and physical harmony. The exercises develop concentration and centered on a strong abdomen, deep stretching, and focused breathing.
Monday & Wednesday - 5:30 pm
Danc-N-Cise is a fun class that incorporates cardio, strength, and stretch moves to a variety of music.
Tuesday & Thursday - 5:30 pm
MUSCLE STRENGTHEN CLASSIC
Variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair can be used for support.
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00am
Multi-Dimensional group circuit workout incorporating aerobics, flexibility, muscle strengthening, core dynamics and guided breathing.
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:30am
Men & women of all fitness levels are welcome. Lead by an instructor, this class is a combination of exercise moves to increase aerobic conditioning, muscular strength, and flexibility. You do not need to know how to swim to take this class.
Monday/Wednesday - 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am & 5:30pm
Friday - 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am
