Healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness. At the Y, it’s more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.

START UP

This exciting, informative program is included in the price of your membership. You will receive 2 sessions with one of our certified personal trainers. Upon request we will discuss your personal goals and help you make a plan to reach them. We will teach you how to use the equipment and develop a healthy lifestyle plan including fitness, nutrition and well being!


HEALTH EDUCATION CLASSES

Your YMCA Wellness membership includes health education classes designed to enhance you health knowledge and empower you the make healthier lifestyle decisions. These classes are held about once every two months covering a variety of topics including, "Principles of a Healthy Lifestyle," "The Benefits of Weight Lifting", "Shop Smart" workshops and many more to come.


HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING

After completing the Start Up program, if you would like to continue to work out along side a Health and Wellness Coach you can purchase additional personal training sessions for as low as $17 an hour.


GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Group exercise classes are free to the Wellness Center members. We offer a variety of group exercise classes to get you heart racing and your muscles working. Classes include Boot Camp, In-Door Cycling, Kick Boxing, Zumba Yoga, Senior Sculpt, Ab Work-Outs and Kid Fit. Classes are constantly changing and evolving so be sure to check our schedule of classes.
