CULTURE& CUISINE Welcoming Week Potluck Please join us on Friday, September 13th at noon as we kick-off Welcoming Week at the Sacramento Central YMCA with a Potluck Luncheon! Welcoming Week is a chance for neighbors—both immigrant and U.S.-born—to get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community. And what better way to do that than over a meal? The Sacramento Central YMCA invites you to join your neighbors for a Potluck Luncheon to learn more about culture and cuisine. Be sure to share your experience on social media using #TableForAllto join the Welcoming Week conversation. All are welcome and we encouraged you to bring an ethnic dish of your choice to share. When: Friday, September 13thTime: 12:00PM Where: Basketball Gym –Main Building RSVP: Member Services or Pool Office Please bring one dish with a serving utensil to share. INSPIRINGHEALTHY LIVES 3rd Annual Healthy Living Week The Sacramento Central YMCA will host the 3rd Annual Healthy Living Week from September 23rdthrough 28th. Each day will feature special classes, workshops, and vendor booths, related to the theme of Healthy Living. Localhealthand wellness professionals and organizations will be available onsite to provide their services to our community. All the Healthy Living Week activities are FREE!
