Each year we hold an Annual Campaign to support our Y-Assist Fund. The fund, which provides scholarships to kids, families, seniors and more, ensures that everyone in our community can participate in YMCA programs, including childcare, swim lessons, sports, day camp, membership and more. Let's Make Our Campaign a Success - Please Volunteer Your Support! Click Here to view the volunteer position description. Volunteering is easy and fun! 1) Sign up to be a volunteer by Tuesday, February 3rd (email Danielle Buffalino with your interest – dbuffalino@ymcasuperiorcal.org). 2) Attend a one-hour training (meal provided) on February 12th at 12:00pm, February 13 at 6:00pm, or February 14 at 7:30am. You will learn about our Campaign and the valuable role you will play. We will give a lot of instruction and training and we will provide resources to help you be successful. 3) Attend our Campaign Kick-off event on Wednesday, February 19th from 6:00pm-8:00pm. 4) Work with your team to raise money for the Y! We will connect you with teammates and help you to create your very own online fundraising page. Volunteer Check-in Meetings (phone call or in-person options) will be held on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm from February 26th through March 18th. 5) Celebrate your success at the Celebration Event on Friday, March 27th from 5:00pm- 7:00pm. We hope you will consider joining our volunteer team this year. The Y asks you: Please join a Campaign volunteer team! Please email the District Executive, Danielle Buffalino, at dbuffalino@ymcasuperiorcal.org stating your interest

To assist in raising critical funds for our Y-Assist Fund, we will hold a raffle during our Annual Campaign. If you have any items you would like to contribute to the raffle, please complete this short form. Examples of Items: •	Tickets or a Suite for a Kings Basketball Game •	Memorabilia •	Vacation Home Stay •	New technology (Laptop, Apple Watch, FitBit, etc.)

By volunteering at the YMCA you will make connections that count. Each YMCA nation-wide is volunteer founded, volunteer led and volunteer based. Collectively, the YMCA is THE largest nonprofit organization in the U.S. and benefits from the leadership of more than 600,000 volunteers. Upcoming Opportunity: The Rotary Club of South Sacramento Foundation is proud to present their 38th Annual Crab Feed & Silent Auction on Saturday, February 8th benefiting the Sacramento Central YMCA! Volunteers are needed at the Scottish Rite Center from 10:30am to 4:00pm or 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
