Child watch frequently asked questions

How long can my child stay in Child Watch?

Children are allowed to be in Child Watch for a total of two hours.

Who will be caring for my child while they are in Child Watch?

Child Watch is staffed by paid employees who are fingerprinted and reference checked. Each staff is also certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Can I bring snacks for my child?

Yes, as long as they are labeled with your child’s name and do not require refrigeration.

What happens if my child cries while in Child Watch?

Child Watch staff work hard to comfort children should they cry or appear upset. However, if we are unable to soothe your child after 10 minutes, we will come and get you. Parents are encouraged to inform staff of any tips that may help your child feel more comfortable.

May I “hang-out” with my child at Child Watch?

While we encourage you to come and acclimate your child, Child Watch is a childcare facility for members to use while they are working out. It is not designated to be a drop-in family play area. To ensure quality and safety, we ask that parents only “hang out” for approximately 10-15 minutes.

What age does my child need to be to attend Child Watch?

Children age six months and older are welcome to attend Child Watch. If your child is between the ages of six months and one year, please bring a carrier. Our staff is unable to do feeding or diaper changes. If your child is in need of something, we will send a staff member to locate you within the facility.

How much does Child Watch cost?

Child Watch is included with any facility membership at no additional cost!
