YMCA Health and Wellness Coaches and Certified Personal Trainers are here to support your pursuit of health and well-being. Work one-on-one, two-on-one, or in a small group with a Personal Trainer and get the most out of your workout. Motivation, knowledge, and support will help you learn how to make fitness an enjoyable aspect of healthy living.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training for 3-6 participants
Meet once a week for 6 weeks. Both members and non-members are welcome!

Work out in a small group of 3-6 participants to Trainer ratio. Get more individualized attention in this small group setting with executing proper form and alignment while accessing your ability to progress through exercise options over the course of this 6-week program session. Get results while building camaraderie with your fellow trainees with the guidance and support of your Trainer.
