Take 10 Challenge
Attention Silver Sneakers members and Active Older Adults:
You are encouraged to accept the Take 10 Challenge, try something new, and commit to visiting the Sacramento Central YMCA at least 10 times each month. Make sure to scan in each time you visit.
Many options to reach your goals:
· 80+ Group Fitness Classes for all mobility levels
· Water Exercise Classes
· Indoor, heated pool open for lap swim or open swim
· Cardio Room
· Weight Room
· Basketball Gym – Open gym, Pick-up Pickleball and Basketball
· Community Classes (Crochet, CPR, Nutrition, and more!)
· Swim Lessons
· Personal Training: Private (1 client: 1 trainer), Semi-Private Training (2 clients: 1 trainer), and Small Group Training (3-6 clients: 1 trainer)

Get your stamp at Member Services every time you come in. Turn in your completed, 10-day, stamped calendar to Member Services. Raffle will take place on the 1st of the following month.
