We know nothing compares to the energy felt in one of our group fitness classes, but our amazing instructors want you to keep MOVING! While we are all staying at home, we might as well still try to stay fit together! Look out for tips and workouts from our team on our Facebook pages in SacramentoWoodland, and Oroville!

Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. During this unprecedented time, the Y is launching online exercise classes and youth programs to support the health and well-being of our community. 

YMCA 360 is designed to help you and your family engage with the YMCA virtually from the comfort of home. Popular group exercise classes like boot camp, barre, and yoga taught by YMCA instructors are available now at no cost with more content on the way in March & April. 

You are not alone. The Y Community is here for you at YMCA 360.



We are excited to offer our members MOSSA Move digital workouts FREE for 60 days! Each workout is designed with options and modifications so you can choose the intensity and challenge that are just right for you. Work out from the comfort of your own home – on your TV, on your computer, or download the app and take your workouts wherever you go. Just simply create an account and set a reminder to cancel before 5/17/20.

You will have access to eight (8) programs. Each program has 2-4 workouts to select from and more will be added soon. Four (4) out of the eight (8) require no equipment. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes.
