Small Group Training

Find motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie in one of our Small Group Training sessions offered throughout the year. Small Group Training is comprised of 3 to 6 participants and one certified YMCA personal trainer.

LIFT HEAVIER

Up your confidence in the weight room with our Certified Personal Trainer Jen. Twice a week, Jen will ease you into various weight equipment, building your confidence and comfort as each week progresses.


You will get stronger. 
You will gain confidence. 


At the end of this 6-week session you will get to say that you can now lift heavier!
Beginner to Intermediate fitness levels (general fitness experience recommended) Sessions may include barbells, dumbbells, ancillary, and accessory exercises.

LIFT HEAVIER FOR SENIORS

Building and maintaining your muscles matters!!  

There is a growing body of evidence demonstrating the significant benefits of strength training for all age groups (improved muscle and bone health, improved body composition and fat loss, prevention of a huge number of chronic and preventable diseases, improved energy levels and mood). These benefits are increasingly important as we age.

Join Jen twice per week to learn proper form and technique to challenge your muscles and get stronger, feel better and keep doing the things you love! Perfect for beginner and intermediate levels.

WOMEN'S TOTAL WORKOUT

Be all the woman you can be during our unique and innovative Small Group Training Class designed with women in mind. This class provides an exciting mixture of interval training, cardio bursts, calisthenics/TRX, and strength training. In this format you will receive personalized measurements and nutritional feedback.
