Strengthening Communities

Our Mission & Vision
The YMCA inspires all to live healthy lives in spirit, mind, and body. We strengthen the foundations of community by serving youth, teens, families, and seniors through programs that enhance quality of life, build meaningful relationships, and promote positive values.

Our Commitment to Inclusion
We believe our strength comes from our differences. With humility and grace, we are committed to fostering an open, inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment for all.

Our Focus Areas

  • Healthy Living: We encourage well-being and connection through fitness, sports, and shared experiences that bring families and communities together.

  • Youth Development: We help young people build the values, confidence, and relationships that support lifelong success and healthy choices.

  • Social Responsibility: Through the generosity of volunteers and donors, we give back and ensure vital programs and services remain accessible to those who need them most.
