Clinics focus on stroke development for Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle, done through various drills, breaking the strokes into their parts of kick, arm stroke, breathing, and body position.
Water exercise classes are a fun way to use the resistance and buoyancy of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.
