Kitten Yoga

Back by popular demand! Join us for a heartwarming yoga experience where wellness meets whiskers.

We've teamed up with the Sacramento SPCA to bring adoptable kittens into our YMCA studios for a yoga class like no other. Enjoy gentle stretching, calming breathwork, and the pure joy of playful kittens roaming the room—many of whom will be available for same-day adoption.

This unique experience supports our local SPCA animal shelter, and promotes well-being for you and our furry friends.

Friday, July 25 – Capital YMCA at 6:00 pm with Antwonette

Saturday, July 26 – Rollingwood YMCA at 10:30 am & 11:30 am with Kate
- Register for 10:30 am
- Register for 11:30 am
Sunday, July 27 – Sacramento Central YMCA at 10:30 am & 11:30 am with Shirley
- Register for 10:30 am
- Register for 11:30 am

Cost: $25 per class
Open to both YMCA Members and Nonmembers.
