Courts Program

The YMCA of Superior California operates Children’s Waiting Rooms at Sacramento Superior Court locations, providing free, safe, and supervised play environments for children ages 1–12 while parents or guardians attend court business.

Trainings & Certifications

Get certified with the YMCA of Superior California. We offer trusted trainings in babysitting, CPR, lifeguard skills, and first aid to help you build confidence, save lives and contribute positively toward your community.

Falls Prevention

Kaiser Permanente and the Sacramento YMCA offer free Fall Prevention classes to help seniors improve balance, build strength, and reduce the risk of falls—no membership required.

Meals Program

The YMCA of Superior California’s Summer Food Program, supported by the Walmart Foundation, helps bridge the gap when school is out by providing free, nutritious meals to youth. This past summer, the program served more than 10,000 lunches at partner locations across the community—ensuring kids had the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
