In addition to the Mat Pilates offered at each location, we offer Pilates Reformer group classes and private instruction at our Rollingwood and Capital locations. These sessions deliver a total-body workout that enhances posture, core strength, spinal mobility, flexibility, range or motion, balance, and long lean toned muscles. NUTRITION SERVICES

Nutrition

Nutrition at the YMCA of Superior California supports healthy living through expert guidance and engaging opportunities. We partner with an offsite certified nutritionist who offers private coaching tailored to individual goals. Throughout the year, we also host occasional nutrition challenges and webinars to educate, motivate, and inspire our members on their wellness journeys.

Small Group Training

Find motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie in one of our Small Group Training sessions offered throughout the year. Small Group Training is comprised of 3 to 6 participants and one certified YMCA personal trainer.

Falls Prevention

Designed to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, these classes are a free service open to all, with no membership requirements. Join us in prioritizing the health and safety of our seniors through accessible and beneficial Falls Prevention classes.
