The Y’s Health & Fitness programs are developed to help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in YMCA programs offers youth and adults opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities.
Our programs take into account the total-health of each our members. Depending on the community you live in, the Y provides a variety of health and fitness programs including group and water fitness classes for individuals and families, group fitness classes, personalized training programs, non-competitive youth and adult sports leagues and social opportunities for seniors and families.
Want some ongoing personal attention? Get a little extra help from a certified Y fitness trainer who will develop, monitor and modify your exercise program to meet your individual needs.

Our Group Class schedules feature a variety of classes that engage you, strengthen you, and keep you having fun! We love the tried and true classics but are always adding new ways to keep things fresh and fit. Members can enjoy a variety of Yoga styles, Pilates Mat, Cycle Classes, Cardio Training, Strength Training, Balance and more!
We offer Pilates in both a group fitness format in Mat Pilates, and in our Pilates Reformer Small Group Training sessions. Pilates will improve muscle tone, balances musculature, range-of-motion, posture, flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance for your whole body.

Small Group Training
Find motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie in one of our Small Group Training sessions offered throughout the year. Small Group Training is comprised of 3 to 6 participants and one certified YMCA personal trainer.

Select between lower body or upper body thirty minute stretch sessions. Each session concentrates on a deep stretch designed to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Our skilled practitioners will customize your stretch session to your individual needs.
YMCA members across the country now have a new benefit that matches their on-the-go lifestyles and puts healthy living at the center of 2021. YMCA360 is a 360-degree seamless Y experience on TV and web.
More than 300 on-demand exercise classes and programs are accessible 24/7 to provide another way to engage with the Y from home or when a location isn’t nearby. Content is added weekly!
Functional Mobility Therapy
*Only available at Rollingwood YMCA*
Functional Mobility Therapy is a manual therapy combined with gentle stretching techniques that assist in improving flexibility, reducing inflammation & pain, and improving recovery. Addresses functional mobility deficits, pain management, general structural imbalances, and dysfunction related to hindering muscle tension. Benefits include:
