We are excited to refresh our Small Group Training lineup! While some programs listed previously have ended, we’re working on new sessions launching later this year to help you build strength, improve mobility, and stay active in a supportive group setting.

Ongoing Program: Women's Total Workout

*Located at the Rollingwood YMCA

Be all the woman you can be in our empowering, women-focused small group class. Women’s Total Workout combines:

  • Interval training

  • Cardio bursts

  • Calisthenics & TRX

  • Strength training

You’ll also receive personalized measurements and nutritional feedback to support your goals.

Class Details:

  • When: Every Wednesday, 10:30–11:30 AM

  • Where: Rollingwood YMCA

  • Cost: $20 per session
