Small Group Training

Find motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie in one of our Small Group Training sessions offered throughout the year. Small Group Trainings are comprised of 3 to 6 participants and one certified YMCA personal trainer.

Strength Dance

Kick-off your New Year goals by joining Teresa in a 6-week Dance Strength Workshop! Gain strength in a fun way and hit targeted Strength and Choreography goals!

This 6-week Dance Strength Workshop will be hosted twice a week and will host a max of 6 participants. In this workshop, you will focus on building core strength through dance moves and bodyweight exercises. 

By the end of the 12 sessions, this goal-oriented program will help condition you to be able to do a full-body plank, complete full sit-ups, engage in straight leg push-ups, and more!
