As the former Health & Wellness Program Director and a current volunteer Advisory Council Member for the Sacramento Central YMCA, I believe in the mission of the Y to "Inspire all to a healthy life - in spirit, mind and body" and want to help ensure that everyone in our local community has access to the diverse programs and services the Y has to offer. I committed my time and talent to the Y as a paid employee and leader for 2 1/2 years and now am continuing to give to our local Y as a mentor, consultant, advisor, advocate, cheerleader, and donor because I care about doing my part to positively benefit, and contribute to the success and growth of, its operations, staff, programs, reach, and impact.
