Know Yourself Nutrition Workshop Series
The best tools to restore and maintain health have been within us all along. This series is built on the idea that lasting wellness comes from cultivating inner virtues that guide our daily choices. By developing qualities like prudence, temperance, justice, and fortitude, we learn to create habits that support not only physical health, but also balance, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
Each class in this four-part series is led by a Registered Dietitian and focuses on one guiding virtue and its connection to nutrition and lifestyle:
- May 11 – Prudence: Wise Choices for Everyday Nourishment
Learn how mindful decision-making supports healthier food choices and long-term wellness. - May 14 – Temperance: Balance, Moderation, and Sustainable Habits
Explore how moderation creates a sustainable approach to eating and living well. - May 18 – Justice: Nourishing Ourselves, Others, and Our Communities
Discover how our food choices impact both personal health and the world around us. - May 21 – Fortitude: Building Resilience for Lifelong Wellness
Develop strategies to stay consistent and resilient in your health journey.
