Know Yourself Nutrition Workshop Series
"Know yourself" is an ancient invitation to better understand who we are and how we can live well. In this four-part series, you'll explore how self-awareness, nutrition, and personal virtues work together to support lasting health and well-being.
A holistic approach to wellness encourages us to use food as nourishment, reduce stress, and make thoughtful choices that align with our values. By recognizing strengths such as wisdom, moderation, resilience, and justice, we become better equipped to overcome challenges, stay consistent with our goals, and create healthy habits that last.
Health doesn't happen in isolation. Community support, shared values, and accountability can strengthen our ability to grow and make positive changes. Together, we'll explore practical ways to care for ourselves while contributing to the well-being of those around us.
