Healthy Kids Day 2026
Join us on April 18th from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Sacramento YMCA, Rollingwood YMCA, and Yolo County YMCA for the YMCA’s annual Healthy Kids Day®, a free, family-friendly event packed with activities that encourage safe, active, and fun play for kids of all ages.
