What We Do

Youth Development
All kids deserve a chance to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Through the Y, millions of youth are cultivating the values, skills and relationships that lead to a lifetime of enrichment.

Healthy Living
The Y has long been a leading voice on health and well-being. From sports and fitness to safety training and family time, we have countless programs supporting our mission of a balanced, healthier lifestyle.

Social Responsibility
We’re dedicated to strengthening our community through programs that provide resources like summer meals for kids, free childcare for parents in court, falls prevention for seniors, and more. Whether you’d like to donate or access our services, we’re here for you.
What Guides Us
OUR MISSION
Inspire all to a healthy life - in spirit, mind and body.
OUR VISION
To advance our mission and seek to strengthen the foundations of community by serving youth, teens, families and seniors through programs that improve quality of life, provide a foundation for healthy living, build relationships with others, demonstrate positive values and preserve important services/activities in the community.
DEI STATEMENT
We believe that our strength comes from our differences and diversity. With humility and grace, we are committed to providing an open, inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment for all.
OUR FOCUS
- HEALTHY LIVING: With a mission centered on balance, the Y brings families closer together, encourages good health, and fosters connections through fitness, sports, fun, and shared interests.
- YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Through the Y, thousands of youth today are cultivating the values, social skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement.
