Join us once again for our SPCA-sponsored Animal Yoga at the YMCA, where you can unwind and stretch alongside playful, adoptable animals. This unique and heartwarming experience combines the benefits of yoga with the joy of cuddling animals, making it the perfect way to relax, de-stress, and find your zen. Don't miss out on this delightful event that supports local animal shelters and promotes wellness for both you and our furry friends! Open to both Members and Nonmembers.
