Visit Donors.Vitalant.org and search using blood drive code SMFT183 Complete your Fast Track Health History Questionnaire on the day of the blood drive at Vitalant.org/health Please bring a Photo I.D. Eligibility questions, please call 877-258-4825.

Please eat well and drink plenty of water prior to donating.

Donations will be tested for COVID antibodies to help identify potential convalescent plasma donors.

Advance appointments encouraged to help promote social distancing. All donors must bring and wear a mask or cloth-based face covering.
