Kitten Yoga
Back by popular demand! Join us for a heartwarming yoga experience where wellness meets whiskers.
We've teamed up with the Sacramento SPCA to bring adoptable kittens into our YMCA studios for a yoga class like no other. Enjoy gentle stretching, calming breathwork, and the pure joy of playful kittens roaming the room—many of whom will be available for same-day adoption.
This unique experience supports our local SPCA animal shelter, and promotes well-being for you and our furry friends.
