What will happen after you fill out this form?

We will use the data collected from this survey by our Y members to create programs based on the highest need! The suggested programs that are in a higher demand will most likely be created first at your branch and will be followed by others as time goes on. 

Will these programs cost a fee to participate in?

In certain programs, a fee will be necessary to participate. The cost of the program will be determined by the materials needed to maintain it and ensure the participants are getting everything they want out of the program! 

How often will these programs occur?

The reoccurrence of the program will be determined based on the description of each one. Some programs will be a one or two time event that happens during different seasons while others could continue to occur for a long length of time! The on-going programs would be once or twice a month as long as a certain number of people participate each time. 

When will we see these programs available?

These programs will become available hopefully within the next few months! We are hoping to launch more at the start of the new year and continue to develop more programs as the year goes on based on demand.
