Join Personal Trainer, Jen, twice per week to learn proper form and technique to challenge your muscles and get stronger, feel better and keep doing the things you love! Perfect for beginner and intermediate levels.
 

Ongoing Program: Pilates Props with Tia

*Located at the Capital YMCA

Join STOTT Pilates Instructor, Tia Kilpatrick, every Tuesday and Thursday at Capital YMCA at 8:00am or 9:00am for a challenging full body Pilates with Props workout using the bosu ball, TRX, fitness circle, exo bench, weights, loops and bands. These intermediate small group trainings build off the essential level material presented in our large group exercise classes. SGT sessions run every 6 weeks and are limited to 6 participants. These are "use or lose" classes; no refunds are given for missed classes. Register using the QR code or visit the front desk today.
