We offer programs for all ages and abilities, from youth leagues that teach fundamentals and teamwork to adult drop-in games and organized leagues. With options like basketball, soccer, volleyball, pickleball, tennis, and more, there’s a sport for everyone at the Y.
Dodgeball

Experience high-energy fun with a classic favorite! Dodgeball at the Y encourages teamwork, quick thinking, and friendly competition in a safe environment.
Golf
*Pee-Wee & Youth Programs Offered
Tee off indoors with the Junior Golf Clinics! Powered by the Payne Stewart Golf Academy, our clinics introduce kids to the fundamentals of golf using game-based play and modified learning equipment. Oversized clubs, soft balls, and fun target games help young players build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game – all in a safe, indoor environment.
Flag Football

Learn and play the fundamentals of football in a safe, non-contact format. Our leagues build skills, strategy, and sportsmanship while keeping the game fun and inclusive.
Tennis
*Youth and Adult Programs Offered
We provide a variety of tennis opportunities for all ages and skill levels. Youth players can develop their skills through JMG Tennis Academy’s training programs, designed to build fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. Adults can participate in YMCA-run tennis programs, including lessons, clinics, private reservations, and frequent weekend tournaments. Interested in joining a tennis team? How to apply to Y-Assist
To apply for Y-Assist, fully complete the application form provided below. If you would like a physical printed copy of the application form, feel free to stop by any of our branches. Provide the requested information regarding your income and family size to your YMCA branch so that we can provide scholarships in a fair and consistent manner.
