The Y’s Health & Fitness programs are developed to help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in YMCA programs offers youth and adults opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities.



Fitness Center

We have a variety of cardio, strength training machines throughout the 1st floor of the Convention Center to meet all your fitness needs.

Group Exercise Classes

At the Oroville YMCA, we offer many group exercise classes each week. Try them all and pick your favorites from classes types such as cardio, yoga, Zumba, strength & conditioning, water exercise, and senior classes. 

Classes open with new policies designed to protect member safety. Not comfortable coming in? No problem! Our YMCA360 platform hosts on-demand and livestream classes!
