Want some ongoing personal attention? Get a little extra help from a certified Y fitness trainer who will develop, monitor and modify your exercise program to meet your individual needs.

The YMCA of Superior California offers a wide variety of group exercise classes across 7 locations, designed to energize and support every fitness journey. With options ranging from yoga and Zumba to unique formats like Barre and Bells Strength, Ballet Barre, and HIIT Circuit, there’s something for everyone. Members can also access on-demand and livestream classes anytime through YMCA360.

In addition to the Mat Pilates on our Group Exercise schedule, we offer Pilates Reformer group classes and private instruction at our Rollingwood and Capital locations. These sessions deliver a total-body workout that enhances posture, core strength, spinal mobility, flexibility, range or motion, balance, and long lean toned muscles.

Small Group Training

Find motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie in one of our Small Group Training sessions offered throughout the year. Small Group Training is comprised of 3 to 6 participants and one certified YMCA personal trainer.

Designed to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, these classes are a free service open to all, with no membership requirements. Join us in prioritizing the health and safety of our seniors through accessible and beneficial Falls Prevention classes.
