Year-Round Aquatics
Stay active and confident in the water all year long with the Y’s aquatics programs. We offer swim lessons for all ages and abilities, low-impact aqua fitness classes, lap swimming, family swim times, and more - providing safe, supportive opportunities for every swimmer to learn, grow, and have fun.
Health and Fitness
Get a head start on your wellness journey at the Y! Join group fitness classes, work one-on-one with a personal trainer, or sign up for sports leagues designed to build strength, boost energy, and support your overall well-being, all before the New Year rush.

Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Youth & Government Conference Returns to Sacramento
More than 2,500 students gathered in Sacramento for the YMCA Youth & Government Conference, where they stepped into roles as legislators, judges, and civic leaders in a hands-on government experience.
