Big Upgrades Coming to your YMCA!

Over the past year, members at both branches have shared feedback about our fitness equipment and told us that investing in new equipment was a priority. We listened, and we’re thrilled to turn that feedback into action.

At the Sacramento Central YMCA, the entire cardio room will be upgraded with new Matrix equipment, along with select strength equipment throughout the Fitness & Wellness Center.
At the Rollingwood YMCA, members will enjoy new Matrix cardio and strength equipment, bringing a completely refreshed experience to the Fitness & Wellness Center.

We’ve seen how popular the Matrix equipment has been at the Capital YMCA, and we’re excited to bring that same experience to even more members across our association.
Whether you’re just getting started, maintaining your wellness routine, or training toward your next big goal, the new equipment will provide more opportunities to move, build strength, and reach your goals.
