Water Exercise 

Water exercise classes are a fun way to use the resistance and buoyancy of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. Classes combine light to moderate aerobic workouts with shallow and deep water exercises to help increase endurance, core strength, and flexibility. Water exercise is perfect if you’re looking for a fun, low-impact workout.

Master Swim 

This amazing one-hour workout focuses on fundamentals, stroke technique, conditioning, and stamina building. Whether you want to compete, improve or maintain your fitness, or have fun swimming, Master Swimming can be just right for you! *There is a coach on deck during every Masters workout.

Swim Fundamentals 

This class focuses on swim techniques for adults who want to improve upon or learn swim strokes and build workouts. Strokes will be broken down by function: kicking, arm movement, breathing, and body position. We will progressively learn and improve skills through various drills. All levels are welcome.

Youth Swim Programs

Swim Lessons

Whether your child learns better in a one-on-one environment or you prefer the convenience of planning their lessons around a busy schedule, we can accommodate you. Private Swim Lessons at the Rollingwood YMCA are a great way to improve confidence or stroke. Instructors will work with you one-on-one to develop a plan to meet your swimming goals. Private lessons are great for children who thrive with individual attention, teens and adults who first learn to swim, or anyone looking to perfect their stroke. Private swim lessons are suitable for ages 3 and up.

Swim Clinics

If you want to grow your swimmers' abilities in the off-season and have fun, check out one of our swim clinics! Clinics focus on stroke development for Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle, done through various drills, breaking the strokes into their parts of kick, arm stroke, breathing, and body position.

Rollingwood Rockets

The Rollingwood Rockets are a recreational swim team offering high-quality professional coaching and technique instruction for children aged 5 to 18 with various swimming abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to experienced competitor.
