Crystal is a passionate registered dietitian using nutrition education, food literacy, and counseling to empower individuals to make healthy behavior changes for themselves, their families, and their communities. Her patients have told her that they are grateful for her trauma-informed care and whole person approach. She has always looked for opportunities to serve underserved populations, which has led me to do a wide variety of work including research in Lao PDR, creating quality food service for veterans, and counseling low income patients in rural Oregon. In any setting, she aims to model whole health and wellness, influence positive change, and commit to personal growth.

She loves working with kids and volunteers as a soccer coach for Diablo Valley Wolves, teaches cooking classes to kids, and tutors at Hope Solutions. Her favorite things to do include playing soccer, running and hiking with her 2 dogs, dancing, and other outdoor activities.
