Our YMCA soccer programs teach fundamental skills and teamwork for all ages and abilities. Youth leagues focus on skill development and sportsmanship, while adult leagues offer competitive and recreational play in a fun, community environment.

Pickleball is a fast-growing sport perfect for all ages. Youth programs introduce kids to the basics in a supportive, engaging setting. Adult leagues and drop-in sessions provide competitive and social opportunities across skill levels.

In addition to the Mat Pilates on our Group Exercise schedule, we offer Pilates Reformer group classes and private instruction at our Rollingwood and Capital locations. These sessions deliver a total-body workout that enhances posture, core strength, spinal mobility, flexibility, range or motion, balance, and long lean toned muscles.

Small Group Training

Find motivation, encouragement, and camaraderie in one of our Small Group Training sessions offered throughout the year. Small Group Training is comprised of 3 to 6 participants and one certified YMCA personal trainer.
