As a retiree, I was looking for causes that I believed in to dedicate my time, talents, and gifts. When researching the Y Council, I was impressed with the fact that the Y mission has not changed over the years. I support and believe in their commitment to provide everyone -children, adults, older adults, the opportunity to reach their fullest potential because opportunity isn't a privilege it is a right. My children benefitted from their experiences in the YMCA sports programs and summer camp. I would like every family who has the desire to enroll their children in Y programs to have the opportunity to do so regardless of ability to pay. Please consider donating so children in our community have safe equitable access to wonderful care and activities.
