I truly believe that movement is medicinal and view it as an integral part of mental and emotional well-being. ​It is my goal to support you in creating a holistic movement practice that is both enjoyable and transformative for your overall well-being, both physically and mentally. I hope to empower you to learn, explore, and evolve your current fitness routine in a sustainable and healthy direction, all while enhancing your mind-body connection, core strength, and postural alignment.

I believe that Pilates provides relief from the negative effects of a sedentary, screen-based lifestyle on posture and overall well-being. Many of the health issues associated with modern living are the result of repetitive, specialized movement patterns and sedentary work, rather than overuse of the body in general. Incorporating a variety of different movement practices into your routine is key to maintaining good health, balanced musculature, and longevity.

I hope to inspire people of all ages to become better movers by cultivating “physical literacy” and community through the delivery of the Pilates method and complementary modalities of training. In addition to Pilates, I find great joy in hiking, trail running, hitting running PRs, traveling, plant-based cooking, singing, and dancing.
