Children age six months and older are welcomed to attend Child Watch. If your child is between the ages of six months and one year, please bring a carrier. Our staff is unable to do feeding or diaper changes. If your child is in need of something, we will send a staff member to locate you.

Sports

Youth Sports Leagues & Clinics provide children with opportunities to learn specific sports skills in a supportive atmosphere.

The Y is a starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active and developing healthy habits for a lifetime. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Through YMCA youth sports programs, kids gain self-confidence and build positive relationships while learning the value of teamwork and good sportsmanship. In every sports league, Y staff and volunteers use fun practice activities and games as teaching tools to help all children improve their skills and develop a lifelong passion for physical activity.
